An excellent, balanced article. I commend the student audience for managing well the controversial issues, which could seriously undermine Dodd's 2010 race. In the Washington political climate and among his colleagues, he is being prejudged as guilty; the TRIPOD was more sensitive to the principle that guilt must be established.
