Barefoot Hiker

Barefoot running is a great exercise, but it can be helpful to "learn how to walk before you learn how to run." To that end, getting in some barefoot hiking on well-maintained trails as a means to "recalibrate" the sense of touch in the soles can be a good idea.

Um, I am sorry but I do not think barefoot running would be for me. I would step on 100 nails, and 2 bottles in the way.
