Jazz Celebration of W*O*M*A*N

This past Saturday, a free jazz concert took place in the Washington Room. Officially titled, "The Many Colors Of A W*O*M*A*N," this concert was a part of the ongoing programming centered around Woman's History Month. Sponsored by a slew of Trinity offices and departments, this concert brought in musicians from Hartford and the surrounding metro area.

Scofield Brings the Funk to Trin

Last Monday, a packed crowd at the party barn was shaken to its knees. The fifth installment of Trinity's "Inside the Music" series brought legendary jazz guitarist and groove master John Scofield to a packed crowd at the party barn. The "Inside the Music" series provides students and the public the opportunity to pick the brains of internationally renowned musicians, such as Scofield, during a question and answer workshop in the afternoon followed by an evening performance.
