In the face of an ongoing economic depression, Trinity College outlined its goals to alumni groups present on campus this past weekend. The goals include balancing the budget, taking care of students, and protecting academic programs. At this time, Trinity doesn't yet know how badly the school has been hurt financially.

Throughout the afternoon, the quad in front of Mather Hall was filled with tables representing different organizations presenting efforts and solutions to fix the threat of climate change and global warming.
0 CommentsMarwa Aly joined Trinity College last month as the Muslim Chaplain after serving in the same position at Manhattanville College in New York, N.Y. In addition to working at Trinity, she will be working as the Wesleyan University chaplain. On top of working at both schools, Aly is currently completing her master's degree at Fordham University.

Despite dropping temperatures and darkening skies, students, and faculty alike stood out front of Mather Hall for over an hour listening to speeches and personal reactions from administrators, professors, and students.
15 CommentsOn Sunday, Oct. 26, the Student Government Association (SGA) voted unanimously to replace the Trinity College Activities Council (TCAC) with the Entertainment Activities Council (EAC) next semester. According to President of the SGA Nathan Kirschbaum '09, "The new organization will be a branch of the SGA, it will be representative of the student body, and it will have several new and unique responsibilities.
